I had a great first experience at this salon. I loved my highlights and the price was wonderful. The second time around was not so great. I went to the same stylist and the hightlights were horrible. It looked like my hair had already grown out a month, and they were very unnatural looking. To make it worse, they charged me way more the second time! When I pay that much for something, I expect to be happy with the result, so I called the stylist to see if she could fix it, and since I have a busy schedule, there was only a certain time I could go back in, but she wasn't working that day, so she got the trainee to ""fix"" my hair, which was basically just a waste of time since it looked about the same when I left. I told her it looked better because it wasn't her fault to begin with, and I felt bad that she had to try to fix the mess the other stylist made. The only reason I gave two stars is because I was happy with my first visit. But, I won't be going back.
