Moving to California was a lifelong dream and despite my dealings with this realtor, this place is great. If you are looking for a place in Laguna Beach, bypass this realtor and find someone else. They might have many listings, but their customer service is a disaster once you move into their rentals. You drop to the bottom of their call list once you move in, you can't get simple repairs fixed, and they isolate the property owner from you so you are at the mercy of their property managers. I agree with the person who wrote the review calling for a tenant to fully document his dealings with this group, if you watch Judge Judy, she always tells you to do things like take pictures and keep a diary. I hope that this house I rented holds together so I don't have to deal with them until I move out
