Review content:
First of all, they sent me a huge packet along with a CD of all my pictures, so that I could design EACH page of our two photo albums. That didn't appeal to me as I'm not the profession photographers they claim to be and feel THEY should design the albums based on my picture selections. I had to decide the layout of each page, the size of each picture, and make sure it all flowed properly. A daunting task and was more stressful than planning the wedding!! But worse than that is once I sent everything back to them, I couldn't get a returned phone call for MONTHS regarding my wedding albums. For a while I called and emailed every day trying to get my albums back. EVERY DAY. And not once did they call me back. This went on for nearly a year. I really didn't think I'd ever have any wedding pictures. I finally recieved an email about when I could pick up my albums and wasn't offered the slightest explanation or apology. It was a nightmare. If you don't want to take my word for it, check them out on the Better Business Bureau's webiste. I wish I had!!
