I really wanted to say nice things about this salon but I just can't ... 1) in regards to colour: a) my colour came out horribly brassy b) it didn't cover my gray c) the application was spotty and uneven 2) in regards to cut: horrible. horrible, horrible, horrible. my hair was literally cut completely uneven, with a difference of about two inches. 3) service: so-so. My stylist was nice but the salon manger was rather aloof and rude. He also verbally disciplined my stylist for not displaying their products properly, right in front of me, which made me very uncomfortable and I found to be in very poor form 4) For a new salon they are not doing very well.
