I liked that they were able to give me the lowest rates of several companies, and, was also able give me the policy. If my rate goes up anytime, all I have to do is call them, and they will shop the rate, again, and put me with a different company. It is like one stop shopping, just a phone call away, and I can always keep, The Lee's, as my agent, even if I switch Insurance companies. I called in for my auto, and they gave me the best rates. They asked if they could quote my home, and I did not want to, but agreed to give them a shot. They have awesome homeowner Rates!!!! I was floored at the money that I saved, just by spending an extra few minutes, and allowing, them to quote my home, as well. I live in an older home, and thought that I may have just been paying so much more because I did not know any better. When I hung up with Randy, I called several other agencies, and none of the other companies that I called even came close. Also, they are very friendly, Randy educated me on what my policy entailed, and I was really grateful for that. Also, they are more tech savy than other agents that I have had, in the past. Pros: Cheap and Easy Cons: Easy to miss, if you are not paying attention
