Review content:
I went there in Feb last year and Dr. Reed made me feel so comfortable. We spoke about different things and he helped me choose a better option on how to use my insurance and he gave me free contacts while mine were in the making. I was not able to pay upfront and he made me a payment plan to help me be able to get both contacts and eyeglasses. The selection of frames was not that big but I was helped a lot since I cannot see anything without visual aid. They gave me a handheld mirror so I could see what I was wearing and gave me tips on how to get frames for thick lenses. I ran out of contacts a while ago and have still been wearing my glasses but I plan on going back to get my eye exam and contacts again. He also gave me more information in case I was interested in Lasik. My experience was not at all bad. The wait time was kinda long but I can see why since he takes his time with each patient to ensure he answers all the questions.
