I was referred to First Gear by the McConnell Health and Wellness Center. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about running and they knew exactly what I needed even though I was not sure. They suggested a number of shoes and recommended ones to fit my budget. Ever since I started shopping here for my running shoes I have not experienced any knee/ankle pain, and my run time has improved dramatically. If you need good running shoes, but aren't sure exactly what you need go see these guys, you will not be sorry.
