Review content:
My family and I belonged to the Riverplex for over a year! It was an awesome facility and really helped me lose weight. I highly recommend the Body Pump classes. This is a class in which you lift weights to music, and it is great for toning all areas of your body. The swimming pool can't be beat and I was impressed with the swim lessons. However if you go when school is out (vacations) be prepared for it to be very crowded! The childcare facilities are also very good as well, but they won't get a crying baby or toddler in there very long! In the winter months, parking can be a nuisance because you have to be far away from the building, but it's easy if you run in :-)
