This is one of Utah's best kept secrets. It is never busy, or so it seems. I have only had one dish I didn't like in all my visits, The waitstaff is generally decent. The wine list is good for a small list. Great desserts. The only catch is that the small dishes are not Tapas, that is insulting to Martine's chef as well as to real Tapas
Pros: inventive dishes
Cons: some dishes flop, noisy, RUDE servers
