I needed an existing frame cut down to size to re frame another print I had. None of the craft stores would do it. Framed Impressions gladly cut my existing frame to size and rewired the back to prevent the frame "stretching" in the future. The cost was well below what I had expected. Another time I needed advice on framing an antique mirror. The framer couldn't do it herself because of the shape, but found a business that could. She also checked into some other options, in lieu of framing. This was all on her own time, at no charge. Very good workmanship and owner goes out of her way to help you.
