We shopped at the RC Willey that is in Murray actually not this one. We bought a dining room table over president's day weekend. Scheduled the delivery of our table this past saturday. The drivers bring in the table and the finish is all bubbled up and there are marks all over it. The driver called the warehouse and they have enough tables he said they would put a new table on the afternoon delivery and we would have the table between 2-4 that afternoon. 3:30 rolled around and still no table. I called RC Willey and they had no record of us returning the one table and a new table being delivered that afternoon. And there was nothing they could do. In the mean time we have gotten rid of our old table to make room. They don't do deliveries on Monday so we can't have a table until Tuesday. I am 7 months pregnant and eating on the floor is not an option anymore. So this have been a very inconivient experience. And to top it off all the chairs don't sit flat. So I have to sit at home on Tuesday to wait for the table to be delivered then I have to wait on Wednesday for someone to be there to fix the chairs. Plus waiting around on Saturday for the table all day not to get one at all. The buying part of this process was easy the delivery not so much. I would recommend that you pick up your furniture yourself because it is easier to do that then to work with these people on getting something delivered.

Cons: delivery is the most difficult thing to accomplish with them
