A Colorado Gem, 8 Rivers is truly one of the hidden treasures of Denver. The food has always been amazing but on top of the superb quality and amazing presentation is the service. Always with a smile and helpful recommendation, the staff is grade A! 8 Rivers has become my first date place because of its romantic and intimate seating. I cannot recommend this venue any higher.
