Review content:
I had never been into this UPS store, and friends had recommended going elsewhere. I went in to have a will notarized, yet the staff proceeded to give me unsolicited, and unqualified legal advice!!! Hhmm...isn't this woman a notary, NOT an attorney?!
She proceeded to read, yes read my will, when her job is to verify and notarize a signature. Then she/they charged me extra for a signature and when I inquired about the charge, her reply was,""Well you didn't ask!"" Gosh, I didn't know I had to play 20 questions. Typically, honorable businesses let you know beforehand of the ""extra"" charges...not here though!
Their attitude exuded every ounce of inconvenience, anything but friendly. Having run two businesses of my own for over 12 years, I really don't know how this place is staying afloat if they treat their customers like this.
It was so unpleasant, I got out of there as soon as I could. Save yourself the grief and drive to the Hiram UPS store (lots of others do!)
