Went to Bento Box for the first time last week. We were skeptical, as Wilmington is a ""small"" town. Who knew that the executive chef from the Breakers of West Palm Beach was the owner? He orders the fish from all the best countries, so the fish is of the best quality and is as fresh as possible. He even invited us to stop by in the morning to watch him filet the whole tuna he orders. The sashimi and sushi rolls were unbelievable, and we were blown away that this quality of sushi is available in our neck of the woods. We won't go anywhere else in Wilmington!!! Pros: No holds barred, the best fish and sushi in Wilmington Cons: Not open on the weekends (can't blame him though, he wants to spend time with his family.)
