This year, when I went to get some new frames and lenses, I ran into a bunch of trouble. First, I was told I needed an eye exam even though my Rx was still valid. I waited over a week for my appointment. Upon arrival and wasting of an hour of my time, the doc said that my prescription was fine for another year. Now, finally I could order the lenses for my nice new, expensive, frames. When the frames came back from the lab, they were scratched up, and the wrong type of lenses were in them. I decided to go elsewhere and asked for a refund. They've promised me a refund, but say some office in Milwaukie needs to do it. I still had charges on my credit card a month later. I did eventually get a check in the mail, but I cannot recommend Eye Health NW after this experience.
Pros: location, frame selection
Cons: lab scratched up frames, staff rude and wasted my time, still haven't received refund
