I ordered a cake from here for a birthday party for a three year old. I wanted the cake to be two layers a have a certain filling. Also, my child had picked out certain decorations for on the cake. I was to pick up the cake on Saturday when I received a call from the owner making sure that I realized the cake didn't come with any decorations. This shocked me because two weeks prior when I had ordered it no one mentioned that the cake didn't come with the figurines that it had on it in the picture. I even had told my child at the time in front of the person taking the order that is nice when we are done eating the cake that she would get to keep all the figurines that came with the cake. No mention of this being a false ideal. So I pick up the cake and we cut into it not only was the cake very dense and strong tasting for white but shocking NO FILLING! So on Monday morning I call the owner who also is the person who makes the cakes and I am told very very RUDELY that this is cake I ordered and she didn't do anything wrong. When I asked about the filling she said Oh well you can't have a filling with this cake. I said why didn't anyone call me when they saw on the order that I specifically asked for one.....well its never been a problem switching things without telling the person before. WHAT! To make matters worse she hung up on me!
