Review content:
I was visiting my son here in NO, When we went to the French Quarter. I wanted to get him some music for his dorm room. Wrong place for that, the prices here where were absolutely ridiculous, their selection was the worst I have seen for a large multi-store and their staff knows nothing about what they have in their store. Only point they have is that the two men upstairs know more about music and movies than the rest of the staff and most people. It was a weekend and not very busy, I was able to get my items purchased but my son gave up because the woman behind the counter let someone she knew to jump ahead of the line and then proceeded to talk to her for almost 5 mins. My son gave up and did not buy his dvds. We opted to go to Borders after that and its a lot closer to his campus. Great location, terrible prices, terrible selection, horrid retail customer service skills. What more can I say.
Pros: Location
Cons: Where to begin.
