Overall, I have been very pleased with Adco Properties. While still in school, I lived at Copley Court, where I was conveniently close to UB. The apartments were spacious, really nice, and a great price compared to all the other new apartments around campus. After I graduated, I got a job and Cheektowaga, and I moved to Losson. These apartments are larger than some of my coworkers single family homes! I am happy to have such a luxurious apartment that has been so updated. It is also nice to have a carport so I never have to worry about clearing the snow off my car early in the morning! Beyond the apartments being nice, the management company is really doing a fantastic job. When there are problems with the neighbors, they take immediate action in order to ensure the enjoyment of all the other tenants. If you are able to live in their apartments peacefully and uphold your end of the lease, I don't see why you would have a anything to complain about! I even have a few close friends who have moved in recently. I plan on being here a really long time with Adco Properties.
