Review content:
Michelle the owner is very unprofessional. She does not communicate well with her clients. She becomes very argumentative when she fails to inform them of pricing, scheduling, confirmations, or when her employee's admits to breaking things in your home. Her employees work hard and do a good job......if you can get through Michelle's arrogance or not have to deal with it, things are fine.
