I carried this service for 15 yrs. In the past few years they would show up late in the day when the shoveling had already been done. In the past the truck would shoot down the entire block and clear the snow. So many times mine had already been cleared but, I never got a discount or rebate. My phone calls were never returned. Now that times are bad, they stop right at the edge of the property line so not to plow one inch of anyone's walk who did not pay. It didn't matter much to them when I paid them for a job they didn't do. I guess with this company, things are one-sided. I decided not to use them and I'm glad of the decision.
Pros: It's nice if it's done before you do it yourself.
Cons: The plowing was done late after all the shoveling had been done.
