I needed to mail an important package and couldn't afford to wait in line at the post office with my ""terrible two"" toddler...I paid more to go to pak mail but thought it would save me the headache of the long wait in line. When asked how long the package would take arrive (from Santee to Santa Barbara) he told me up to 4 weeks! I figured he was covering their liability clause, but it has been 2 weeks and the package has still not arrived. I feel like a fool for wasting my money and I am upset since I still have yet to receive an apology from this store. I honestly don't think the package left the store...I waited and questioned when the guy would put a mailing label (stamp) on the package and he never bothered.
Cons: thieves, careless and unprofessional
