I worked with Brian Wilhelm in the search and purchase of my gorgeous new home. As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous. Brian was so helpful and knowlegable of what's going on in the charlotte real estate market. He did all my research up front, explained the differences in builder quality and the various differences in building materials used. He even got me approved for financing first so I knew exactly how much of a home I could buy. He really took the worry out of the entire transaction. He probably wouldn't want me to share this but, even the smoothest of real estate transactions probably have some bumps along the way. When we did have some challeges towards closing, Brian told me to relax and not to worry. ""That's my job."" I couldn't have done it without him!
