I was very hesitant to take my '01 F350 7.3L Diesel to Tunex because of horror stories I've heard and some reviews I have read BUT I've had family that have taken their car to the Tooele location and they had NOTHING bad to say about them.
Normally I work on my truck, had it not been in the high 20's and IF I wouldn't have had dead lines to meet later that day, I would have done the repair myself.
SO I called Tunex. They were VERY helpful over the phone. I opted to take in my own part I had purchased at the local Napa, which had a lifetime warranty thru Napa.
Tunex only charged me labor + tax. They had my truck done an hour before they promised. I has VERY pleased with that because I had dead lines I had to meet and need my truck done asap!!
I will be taking my truck there again.
