I was in the burglar alarm business for over 15 years in Ft. Worth and Smith Thompson is literally re-inventing the whole industry. I KNOW EXACTLY WHY these hateful nut cases are trying to trash Thompson personally, its simple, he is killy the competition with his wireless monitoring setup. When I (we) would go out on bids and the clients would mention they were taking quotes from a few different companies, including Smith T, I would just fold up my book and tell them, 'no sense trying to compete, cant touch em.' I just heard they are thinking about franchising in other areas and I guarantee you I will try their model. It's bullet proof. Trying to make Marc Thompson out to be the devil ain't working guys, he is just beating you at your own game. Trash someone else..
