Review content:
They said they could repair our wiring and make our existing system work. Instead they installed all their own equipment and never even fixed what they told us they would fix. They kept telling us that this wireless uplink thing would fix our problem but we were shocked to find out that it had nothing at all to do with our existing problem. Needless to say, after talking to a few different people at the office it seems they don't actually know what they are talking about and the installers had to keep calling the office themselves to get help with the install. After contacting the B. Business Bureau when this was all said and done I realized that they had over a dozen negative complaints just within the past year alone! Save your time and frustration and spend the extra money and go with another company or you will be sorry.
