Been with Smith Thompson now for a few months and have been extremely happy so far. Switched to Smith Thompson due to their awesome prices. Old alarm company wanted to charge me over 700 dollars to install alarmnet radio back up unit. Was able to get the uplink unit with S T for 89 bucks, and they were able to connect it to my existing alarm panel. Also had them add some additional equipment and their prices were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. The tech that came out to connect my system was very knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. I work in the alarm industry, for a competitor to S T, so I have a lot of knowledge about the industry. Lets just say I have been really impressed with Smith Thompson, especially in regards to their call back time on alarms. Ive had ADT and the company I work for monitor my house, and I have to say that their call back time beats both of my former alarm companies. Great Job Smith Thompson. Keep up the good job.
Pros: Very customer oriented and fast response to alarms
