I have been using Priority One for my departments emergency vehicle equipment needs since their inception. In fact, I have been able to guide several other agencies to them as well, and none have been disappointed. Their installs are noticeably neater than most, and their techs can employ some really creative approaches to give us what we want or need. They stock all of the equipment that we use in depth, and always have the right parts on hand. The office/store staff are friendly and helpful. And one of the best things is that they have a whole store of demo equipment so we can do side-by-side comparisons and make informed decisions about what best suits our agency. If there ever is a problem, they jump right on it and make it right. I would recommend them to anyone with the utmost confidence.
