Review content:
I went to Automotive Excellence on October 16, 2008 for a carwash and oil change. During the wash my side view mirror was broken. I was told that they would order a replacement. After a month and weekly phone calls the mirror is still broken and not replaced. The owner, Todd is never available to answer my calls and the person who does answer the calls states she has given him the message. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We used to use them all the time, there are just too many of these kind of places to have to deal with this hassel.
Pros: Decent car wash - not any better than any other automatic car wash
Cons: No customer service
