Review content:
Had the oil chanced and they over tightened the drain plug and cracked my oil pan. $525 to repair. I asked them what they torqued the plug to and they said they didn't have torque wrenches. A torque wrench should be used when tightening the drain plug on any auto and especially on ones with aluminum pans. After learning this I will not be back.
