I am a medical professional and believe that I am in a good position to evaluate the care that I have received from Dr. Finesmith. Her service is professional, straightforward, and medically appropriate. I am completely satisfied and cannot explain her negative ratings. Additionally, making an appointment is easy, office waits are short, and the visit is quick and to the point. Many dermatologists have blurred the line between medicine and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Finesmith is very much upfront about the fact that her practice is focused on the serious side of dermatology. The office setting is not glitzy or intimidating, but it is nevertheless modern and pleasant.
