Review content:
We hired Master Blaster to come power wash our home. They offered us two price quotes - cold water or a hot water wash. They asked me ""when you wash your hands do you use cold water?"" So I went with the more expensive quote and ordered a hot water wash. They come when you are not home and leave the invoice in the mail box. Lucky for me, my husband was home. They showed up with a flimsy power wash wand that would not even reach the top of the house and DID NOT have a heating unit. When we called them, they said it does not really matter, you would still get a good wash either way. NO WAY! If I pay for a hot wash, I expect to receive one! MasterBlaster knowingly billed us for a hot wash and tried to pull a fast one by doing a cold wash and bill us for the more expensive one. Apparently they have no ethics! BEWARE!
