Review content:
WARNING, do not bring any products or buy product from Silver Palms. I brought silver palms a baby bracelet in order to have it engraved and they ended up scratching it badly. I told the lady at silver palms: I brought you a brand new bracelet yesterday From Kay Jewlers In its packaging, you saw me open it, we both went over it, we talked about it for 10 minutes, and there was no scratches. She looks at me in the face and tells me that I gave her a scratch bracelet I again patiently tell her please do not tell me that I gave you a scratch bracelet when we both know That this scratch happened during your care during the time of your engraving the bracelet. She again tells me that I'm the one who scratched it. I was very angry at this point very impatient disappointed and out of time because the baby bracelet was due in a day for my son's first birthday. In the end I have no other option other than to let every one know what Silverpalm does with its customers Merchandise.
