I got a referral for this company from Service Magic which is an online search for a reputable service person when you need work done. They came out and we hired them for a sewer problem. We could not get them to produce a permit for the work, but they kept saying they had it. We then were told that a pipe burst in the house and had to be repaired immediately. We were in an eviction situation with the tenant living in the house so could not check out. We gave these guys a check to fix the pipes and then we were told the electrical system was sparking and in an emergency had to replace. We paid for that in full and once the eviction was complete, we found out that they did more damage than repair on the electrical. This went on and on and turned into an insurance claim. We have since found out, that we paid for work never done and have had to have a contractor and electrician fix what they have done. It has been a nightmare. We have also found out that they do not pull the permits required and that they do not have a contractor license. We are now filing with the Attorney General, the contractor registration board and will pursue monetary claims with a lawyer. Do not make the mistake we did. Google any company name and look closly at BBB and reviews.
