let me start off my saying my name is joe bucci and i am i fraud investigator i happen to be reading this review for universal boiler and i totaly agree this company is one of this worst they over charge and ive had any complaints about them but i happen to see the name of the person writeing the reviiew it was none the less realtor donna fagnant i had to laugh and i laughed o hard my head hurt here is the bigest scamer and the bigest con artist in the state i dont know how she isnt in jail jet she is a realtor and she does about almost anything to make a house sale this woman doesnt realize that she has been being watched for months and we have seen her do some of the crazyest demeaning stuff to sell a house she hides problems takes bribes cash money for the buyer to get over on the seller she took over 5 thousand dollars from a 30 year old man and his wife to scam a 87 year old woman who chould bearly walk she put her trust in donna fagnant and by the time she found out that she had been scamed donna had sold her house right from underneth her for almost nothing donna screwed this lady and made all the money threw the sale and this hasnt been the only time donna had wrote a rreview about the company universal boiler works make no mistake this company is a fraud but donna left out in her review that she convenced the owner of the company who is a career criminal and who has been in jail for fraud donna convenced the owner to do insurance scam on one of her rental proprety she wanted to throw out so rather doing it the legal way donna and the owner of universal conspired to ruien the tenants life geting her kids taken from her and throwing her out in the street not to mention pulling a major insurance scame by flooding the house while the tenant lived there and telling the insurance a pipe broke she broke the pipe and watched this tenants family and everything they owned get completely ruiened and after loseing everything donna kicked this ;ady withe 3 kids out on the street in the winter just so she can make her insurance money at witch she made a lot of money scaming the insurance company she doent know it yet but her and the owner of universal are going to be gfoing to jail donna mainly she was the master mind with in a month or so we will have enough evidence charge and convict donna with 5 counts of fenoley insurance fraud witch carries a def jail sence of no less then a year and 21 counts of fenoly fraud uptaining moneyunder false pretences so thats why when i red donnas review about the company but the jokes is on her little does she know that her faith lies in his hands cause when the time comes the only one that can confrim the charges would be the owner and his testoney is needed so i hope she gets whats coming do not i mean do not buy a house from her ill be sending thousands of letters containing this same message to every realtor every home buyer its time to put a stop to getting ripped off if u meet her she will charme u watch out if u look at her u would never think she is capable of this but she is such a fake she is so good at fooling people she prob had to scame over thousands of pepole over the years u can look for more info on news channel 12 call 12 for action susan hogan already came out and taped the segment it will be airing ill post the dte and time thanks for ur time
