Review content:
Our heating went out so I called the home warranty company. They sent Ideal Services out to do the repair. When I called to schedule service I was initially told they couldn't be out for 2 days. But when I explained we had no heat or space heaters, they sent someone out later in the day. Erik was our tech and he was wonderful. We left the heat off and when he came he turned it on and of course it worked perfectly and he couldn't find anything wrong. But he did give us his cell number in case it broke down again. Which it did about 30 minutes after he left. Erik was at our house 8a the next morning. This time he found the problem and fixed it quickly. However later in the day the heat went out again. I called Erik and he was out about an hour later. He fixed the problem and it's been working great since. I was a little annoyed that it took 3 visits to fix (why I didn't give 5 stars) but Erik was great. He was friendly, polite, and very professional.
