After writing to the bureau of better business for shotty salesmanship, I thought I had worked everything out. (with Jay Honda) However, when I went to have my car's hood repaired (under warranty) I was then told I would be without a car for three days and they did not have a loaner or demo to borrow for that period of time. Let me tell you that was part of the deal of the original purchasse Unfortunatly, I am not going to re-write to the bureau of better business however, I will not recomed Jay Honda to as many people as possible and never purchase from them again. Also, drive 20 mins away to Classic Honda in Streetsboro and get a better deal there. Sales Tax is a whole lot cheaper and they will do anything to help.
