Unbelievable dishonesty and bad service! I took in a custom-made drapery, and it was returned with the drapery four inches shorter than the lining and with huge holes along the hem. The fabric was also completely broken down. No smell at all of cleaning fluid - it was obviously washed in a machine, rather than dry cleaned! I am out 400 dollars, and the replacement will be even more. The owner told me to use a hairdryer to warm the drapery and to ""hang it a long time."" Owner was completely indifferent to what he did, refused to reimburse me, except for the cleaning, and told me to take it to court. I am preparing to go to court on this. NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
