My family & I did the Polar Express in December. We were so disappointed. The train was very musty smelling & then they have metal framed chairs that are not even secured to the floor instead of the typical booths that trains have. We paid $195 for a family of 5 for a two hour train ride that was not worth it. Included in this was 1 cookie, hot cocoa a two page coloring book with no crayons (per person). And then they had latex balloons that you had to buy & then they did not have enough for all the kids in our area. It was such a big disappointment. For the price they charge it needs to be like this Polar Express in Arizonia thetrain com/polar-express The Grand Canyon Railway
