Jacobs Insurance is fantastic! Brian is a really nice guy and is extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly and simply, and is great to work with. Adam, the agency manager, is also extremely helpful and really knows what he's doing. Jacobs handles all kinds of insurance, but Brian and Adam handle our commercial policies, and we couldn't be happier with all they do for us and our company. Rita handles their auto and homeowners stuff, and she does a super job for us on our family's personal insurance. Together, they all make a great team, and I highly recommend them. Their motto is, ""Integrity, Value, Service"", and they stand behind it. You can even get quotes and pay your insurance on their website. We like their new office in Waterford, too. The bottom line is, if you need insurance, go with Jacobs!
Pros: People, service, products, prices.
Cons: Can't really think of any.
