Review content:
I walk to the bus every morning to go to work and see their sign up advertising Sunday Brunch. I decided to go today. I had a fruit plate, Bellini, coffee, water, Omelet with Italian sausage, provolone cheese and grilled tomatoes, diced fried potatoes, and a salad. All this for $25.38 including just short of a 20% gratuity. The fruit plate, the apples still had one or two seeds and the tough core was still present and was beginning to turn brown when it was brought to me. The Bellini was excellent. Just a little more peach flavor than I care for, but was still very good. The coffee was served as a mess. I literally had to take the saucer and pour coffee onto the sidewalk because the coffee had sloshed. Now the omelet! Where do I begin with THAT? Visually the egg looked like a crepe but texture wise was the lightest and fluffiest omelet I have ever had. The flavors (egg, sausage, cheese, tomatoes) all blended so everything complemented each other. The potatoes were perfectly cubed and fried with enough of a hint of salt to add anything to them would be a crime (along with adding to anything else). I still do not know what the dressing was on the salad. It was almost a vinaigrette but just enough to dampen. Portions were very sufficient. I did not leave empty. The service?well?that is why he did not get 20%. I somehow felt forgotten about on the patio. I will give them another shot, but inside next time.
Pros: Excelent flavor
Cons: Parking, meters.
