THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! A WOMAN, THE RECEPTIONIST WHO GOES BY ""MISTY"", DESERVES A SLAP IN THE FACE WITH THE ATTITUDE SHE HAS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. SHE CALLED ME AT 10 IN THE MORNING TO DISCUSS MY INSURANCE, AND FOR NO REASON WAS RUDE! I UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY BUT AT TEN IN THE MORNING THERE IS NO REASON TO ACT THE WAY SHE DID. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT, DECIDED TO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND PLAN ON GOING ON AS MANY REVIEW SITES AS POSSIBLE TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM EXPERIENCINGTHE UNNECCESARY FRUSTRATION I HAD TO ENDURE THIS MORNING!
