I have had 5 cleaning services over the years. When my last 'cleaning lady' moved out-of-state, I started looking again. I contacted Maid in Wisconsin and Veronica replied quickly and set a time to meet. I told her that I have had other services and one of my biggest disappointments is when a ""cleaner"" is more concerned about making the surface look clean than actually making the surface clean. I won't settle for less than both - it has to Look clean and Be clean. And that's exactly what Maid in Wisconsin does. They have been to my house at least 4 times now and I could not be happier. There is always a managing superviser on the job and I haven't found a single thing to suggest as an improvement. And I kind of hate to admit this, but I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to cleaning services.
