I am not normally a negative person but when you are treated like I was when I stopped by a Best buy to ask about their network security service I found the Geek Squad to be inexperienced and rude. I had spoke to avery young man at the Geek Squad and started askign questions about certifications when I was told that they DID NOT have professional certifications from actual education instead they have a ""Geek Squad Training"" session. When I was told this I thought initially he was kidding until he took offense to my laughter and walked off, muttering under his breath. I left with the impression that they just hire kids off the street and train them on how to be rude. I took my business elsewhere to secure remote support, a real proffessional service with the CompTIA certifications that are the industry standard. Geek Squad can take those vw bugs and park them where the sun doesn't shine.
