i was looking to dye my white dress shoes. he gave me a vast array of colors to choose from and i decided on a fuschia. when i came back, i was shocked. it looked like a 4 year old had used watercolors on my shoes. the color was a dirty lavender, extremely uneven, and the bottom of the shoe was stained. he said it'd never happened to him before and doesn't know what went wrong and i said i understood...he offered to try putting another coat on and that he would call me.
