Review content:
Don't trust this company. Dishonest, rude, sub-standard work. They will never meet deadlines and then blame the homeowner or anyone else. They never have any construction documents and use incompetent sub-contractors. To add insult to injury, they will then try to charge exorbitant additional fees for things when the homeowner never signed any change orders approving any of the extra charges. If that isn't enough, they will walk away from the job and then try to blame the homeowner and sue if you hold back money or refuse to pay for work they didn't do, products they didn't supply or the additional fees you never approved. They will hire unscrupulous lawyers who will manage to take a case before the court without you present and get a judgement against you to steal all of the money out of your bank accounts.
And, don't trust them with your property either. Your stuff gets lost, broken or left uncleaned in storage for months. Make sure you get a complete written list of your property and then get it back asap and store it yourself. DON'T GET BURNED BY THESE GUYS!!!!
This company preys on vulnerable people in shock after horrible losses of fire and water damage. Take my word for it, if you were unlucky enough to have been a victim of a fire (or any other form of damage), you certainly don't need this headache and heartache on top of it.
The worst! They don't even deserve 1 star......Burned by PDR
