My agent told me about Tuscan Floors in McKinney Tx, letting me know that Zack Ab would deliver wonderful service for the multiple homes that I am having built. We decide to call the location and after repeated attempts to reach a live person we just gave up.... THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never had a company disregard their phone calls. I am not even going to visit the location for that matter. He (they) just lost out on a big business deal because of their issues.
This is the letter I sent to the owner and am waiting on a response..
Good Afternoon,
I do sincerely hope that this letter reaches the owner of this establishment. My name is Mr. Jordan Schielock and my company is building homes north approx 15-20 minutes of Mckinney Tx. We have approx 20 new starter homes being built on land out there through the bank.
My wonderful agent has recommended Tuscan Floors in the Frisco/McKinnery location however I have repeatedly called and called this location and was either hung up on or the person on the other line would listen and hang up. My agent whom I have had the pleasure of doing business with for many years has referred me to Zack Ab guaranteeing me that I would receive superior customer service at a reasonable price. At this point I am disgusted at the level of service just from phone support that I have endured, and my agent is ashamed as well.
It is strongly advised that this establishment hire better agents who can and will deliver superior customer service. My agent has referred me elsewhere and I will do the same as well.
