Review content:
Go to this vet only if you hate your pet. After years of bringing my pet here and giving them money for well check ups, when she was in crisis they refused to see her, saying only that they ""only had one emergency spot available"" per day. When they were told of her symptoms, the vet said, ""it's probably just behavioral."" No, in fact it was not. My cat is in renal failure, something Union Sq. *could* have diagnosed a year ago when I brought her in to check on symptoms. The vet was too ignorant, however, to read the tests correctly. My cat went into remission, but her symptoms came back strong recently and now she is dying. But Union Sq. was too busy to see her. I had to bring her to another vet, who is now managing the disease. Yes, a disease - not bad behavior. I wonder if Union Sq. vet clinic would be so flippant about treating pets if they were somehow more accountable, say, with malpractice.
