I admit I was wrong in shoplifting, but I needed somebody who can fix this and try to make it go away.
I call this attorney's office and I spoke with the lawyer for quite awhile on the phone. He explained to me all the possible outcomes and what our best course of action would be.
I had never been arrested for anything before and I was really scared. I am a student at UC Irvine and I was really worried I would be kicked out of school.
The people at the Law Offices of Michael L. Guisti assured me with my shoplifting charge is nothing that would affect my schooling and in fact me being in school would help my case.
Michael Guisti himself went to court for me and explained the situation to the judge and my charge was reduced to a fine and nothing much showed up on my record.
Thankfully I found Michael and because of him I am able to stay in school and forget this bad episode.
