I was surprised by such bad reviews. I visited the store several times and every time I received a decent service. I agree that prices are higher than you find in Wal-Mart or Target. But not everything you can find in Wal-MArt or Target. I was not looking for basic leotard, I was looking for speciality clothing, like very low-rise pants and crop top (I need them for belly dancing) and staff was able to help me and get me what I was looking for. Even when I came with my daughter to buy a basic leotard staff was very friendly and cooperated with my daughter while she was trying every leotard she liked. I heard no unprofessional remarks, instead I got all the advice I asked for and even more, like recomending other stores and options to avoid buying expensive stuff and how to do some costuming myself. I also got advise about the different dance teachers in the area.
Pros: Close to gymnastics school my daughter is attending
