I have been an unhappy customer of this establishment, unfortunately, more than I wish to admit to myself. However, the other day a friend of mine had yet another horrible experience here. Not only was the owner very rude and condesending to her, but she was extremely mean towards her children as well as her mother. She even went so far as to lock the door behind them once they made the decision to just leave. Can you imagine? Haven't we all had enough? She once again lost another great and loyal customer who has young children and will be buying dance merchandise for many years to come. How this woman is able to stay in business is beyond me.
